AIV Capital Fund LLC (“AIVCF”) is a private real estate investment fund that provides short term loans for fix and flip, new construction, residential renovation, and remodeling. The real estate fund is a pooled investment vehicle that collects money from multiple investors to invest in a portfolio of real estate assets. The fund is managed by professionals who identify and provide short term loans secured by real estate assets in the first lien security deed position on behalf of the investors.

Investors earn returns through loan interest and annual profit share disbursements. Investors are can expect a return on investment (ROI) of up to 10% plus a profit share percentage based on the amount of their investment. Investors will receive a quarterly return on investment in as little as 90 days. There are no fees associated with investing in the fund.

Investing in a real estate fund offers several benefits, such as portfolio diversification, professional management expertise, access to larger and more lucrative real estate opportunities, and the ability to passively invest in real estate without the need for direct property ownership.
